About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity within the rapidly accelerating Bacardi Digital Commerce business, driving Bacardi’s digital commerce strategy in the short and long term. 
This role offers a unique chance to broaden commercial & customer marketing experience within the constantly evolving Digital environment and requires a passionate individual with a winning mind-set. 

Given the nature of Pureplay specialists, the role will also require dynamic thinking and quick action to maximize and monitor both long-and-short-term opportunities.

You will work closely across different levels of the organization, including the Brand teams, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain interactions and look to improve customer performance through leading online content management and day to day commercial activations.

You will support the annual customer terms negotiations and JBP planning, and track progress throughout the year. You will also be accelerating ecommerce capability in the market, acting as an in-market eCommerce expert. 


  • Support the implementation of Amazon growth strategies to attain sales revenue targets and achieve company goals, and monitor the performance of all key metrics via Vendor Central 
  • Support the negotiation of annual terms and JBP planning 
  • Develop and drive promotional activation calendar and content for specialist Pureplayers and in collaboration with Customer Marketing & Brand teams
  • Lead the execution of perfect digital content, assortment and availability strategy to achieve “shelf scorecards excellence” and market share growth
  • Lead Pureplayers supply operations (working closely with Digital Commerce Team and local S&OP team) for the launch of channel specific innovations
  • Provide ongoing eCommerce performance analysis, identify potential growth opportunities and contribute with winning business recommendations 
  • Build the overall Digital Commerce culture capability in collaboration with local capability team, through a mixture of training, coaching, best practice and knowledge sharing 

Skills and Experience

  • 2 years prior sales experience within eCommerce, either in B2C or B2B environment
  • Sound knowledge of Amazon, Pureplayers and
  • Demonstrate exceptional financial and commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to spot current and future Digital commerce trends, having an emphasis on planning, forecasting, building Digital commerce and internal specific programs Proficient in Internet navigation and Microsoft applications, primarily Excel
  • Degree qualified, fluent in both Italian and English 
  • Previous experience in P&L management and developing new accounts is a plus
