About the role

In this role you will be accountable for creating value through driving revenue and developing relationships with off trade customers in Brussels, Belgium. You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the growth of our portfolio within the visited universe.

• You will be responsible to deliver key targets as determined in the Field Sales Plan.
• You will develop, and maintain, effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in the retail stores
• You will be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Off Trade customers.
• You will drive our Picture of Success and activate our brands on the shop floor to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
• You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at Off Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

This role is varied and while based in the Brussels office, an extensive percentage of your time will be interacting with the Customers. As a result, you can expect to be travelling extensively to stay connected to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver results & excellence in execution
• Deliver on predefined key revenue targets
• Deliver on Pictures of Success targets
• Increase distribution of our brands at your customers
• Input into the shaping of the channel & portfolio strategy of the On Trade
• Build effective long-term relationships with your Customers & Stakeholders in store
• Increase visibility through the use of POS materials;
• Sell in our national promoplanning activities
• Ensure perfect execution of our promotional activities on the shop floor
• Implement the national and regional agreements negotiated by the Key Accounts
• Support the Bacardi-Martini category development strategy
• Track competition activities and cascade internally
• Be the expert regarding your region, your portfolio and the retail trends, to become the categories' reference for your customers

Develop talent and capability
• Implement standardized Commercial best practices

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

• Master degree;
• By preference: Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, First hand field sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English language skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Full-time available;
• In possession of a driving license;
• By preference: Demonstrable affinity with the FMCG sector
• Discipline, structures and a good ability to organize your work independently and effective;
• Possess a strong winner mentality
• Willingness to invest in a career path within Bacardi-Martini

The following experiences are preferred:
• Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is a distinct advantage
