About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales in your area by implementing the “Picture of Success” vision of Bacardi Martini ;
- Defend/Grow market share of Bacardi Martini in your area ;
- Show agility in an environment that constantly evolves and embrace change;
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with your Customers, balanced on both short and long term;
- Assure the perfect execution of the national agreement on the shop floor and permanently seek new valuegrowth opportunities for both Bacardi Martini and your Customers ;
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and provide timely feedback or reports ;
- Actively support the digital transformation strategy to help the Team becoming more efficient & effective ;
- Proactively gather and share insights that can be relevant for internal key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Category Development, Marketing & Trade Marketing,…);
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the market or channel ;
- Proven track record of delivering strong results in a commercial role ;
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills ;
- Preferably knowledge of sales effectiveness tools and category management ;
- Fluency in both Country’s most spoken languages (NL, FR) ;
- Proficiency in English language ;
- Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with Strong analytical skills ;
- Good relationship builder and team-player.
- Experience in the FMCG environment, in Spirits Industry and/or Beverages would be a distinct advantage.
- Nevertheless, the eagerness to learn, the energy and the right mindset will be considered as real assets.
