In this role you will be responsible for supporting the activation and distribution of the whole Bacardi Martini product portfolio across both the On and Off Trade channels. The role will be weighted towards On Trade activation, where the successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the local Field Sales and regional multiple operating groups teams to lead and deliver the agreed activation plan at customer level. There will also be the opportunity to drive product distribution in a defined range of On-Premise outlets.  From an Off-Trade perspective there will be planned callage to drive distribution and activation at key seasonal periods. This will include Grocery Multiples and Convenience formats.

The successful candidate will be part of the Customer Planning & Activation team in the UK and will be responsible for forging a close working relationship with the regional sales team within the defined region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in the execution of the local customer activation plan within a defined On Premise customer base, including multiple operating groups. Taking the sole lead for customer activation within key outlets in critical “must win” cities and customers
  • Regional bespoke budget management allocated to drive tailored activation within key target venues
  • Work with key members of the field sales teams on identifying localised festival / event opportunities driving trial of Bacardi Martini brands with target consumers
  • Regional briefings of quarterly activation plans
  • Jointly evaluate activations with sales team to capture learnings, reapply and scale where successful
  • Drive distribution and key brand sales drives on non-called on outlets driving availability and visibility
  • Become the regional lead for tactical Off Trade callage, facilitating the training of field sales at peak periods and being the designated point of contact for the region

Skills and Experience


Operating at pace and being able to multitask effectively, combined with a passion to develop, are all essential skills needed to excel within this role. You will also need:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within Sales (preferred)
  • Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter, comfortable in multi-skilling and operating at pace
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • A passion for the drinks industry and building 1st class customer relationships
  • A flair for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to flex style to their audience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
  • Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry
