Your challenge:

You will drive our “Win in Key Cities” strategy, unlocking success through flawless production and execution of all activation across our portfolio.

Critically it will be about step changing how we cut through what is an incredibly tough, competitive and challenging environment - via innovative cutting-edge activation to ensure we influence consumer choice both in outlet and beyond, as well as delivering profitable growth for the business.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Engage, brief and manage all appropriate agencies in the creation and delivery of all activity materials
  • Ensure brand visual identity is properly controlled and executed
  • Management of a sizable activity budget – allocating resources, analysing results and sharing best practice
  • A solid understanding on channel trends with both a trade and consumer lense
  • Customer Marketing Management for the identified “winning in” accounts and development of any relevant programmes which deliver overall brand(s) objectives and ensure BML Win in key cities.
  • Budget management including effective planning, tracking and day to day process raising of PO’s, GRN’s
  • Monitor, track and evaluate activity production and delivery vs. agreed KPIs and assumptions
  • Effective management of POSM (MDA), eg usage rates and budget control
  • Establish solid working relationship with key customer contacts to influence and ensure activation compliance and all activity programmes remain in line with brand strategy
  • Regular trade visits to ensure effective program execution and gain competitor understanding, this may include late night work given the environment many of these outlets sit in.
  • Provide timely communication to Sales about brand programs, to include internal briefs, compelling selling stories, weekly face to face planning meetings. Aim to engage and excite the sales team

  • Experience of having worked in a similar commercial role - either activation, brand ambassadorial, sales, account management, brand management, agency production or events.
  • You will have a passion and experience for the on-trade channel
  • You are pro-active, goal-oriented and passionate about delivering results and constantly seek to improve
  • You love the consumer. You create strong positive first impressions and easily build those into great relationships and activations
  • You find it easy to understand the needs of others and build those into innovative solutions that delight consumers and customers and deliver bottom line results.

  • You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, looking for new ways to achieve better results
