About the role


You will play a crucial role in the Customer Marketing team, while working closely with the CPA manager(s), Brand Manager(s), Sales, Supply chain & external agencies to create a fluid business cycle and synergies between countries.
You will be the “spider-in-the-web” in key processes in the off-trade business cycle and iAP process. Your main goal is to guide all stakeholders in several key projects and actively strive for complexity reduction and synergy-gains. 
You report to the Head of Customer Activation and in a dotted-line to the Head of Customer Marketing Off-trade Benelux.

You have full ownership of several key projects, mainly focusing on the classic off-trade channel (95%), while also doing over-arching projects for the Wholesale channel (5%).Furthermore, you will form a strong team with the Head of Customer Marketing Off-Trade to ensure perfect management of our external agencies, 2D & 3D print and many other key projects. 

Your key responsibilities are:

Project Management:
  • Be the owner of the 2D & 3D-print process with a major focus on keeping others accountable and thus driving down costs.
  • Be the owner of the RTD-fridges process – from artwork design to ordering to delivery to our warehouse
  • Be the owner of the EOY process and everything around it
  • Be the owner of the M&E process and keep others accountable. You will function as the face to the region and drive the conversation. 
  • Be the owner of the marketing dashboard and drive awareness in other departments of its existence
  • Support the business with development of pop-up displays, permanent fixtures and coupons
  • Support the CPA Director & Head of Customer Marketing off-trade in the reporting of POSM and target management 

Stakeholder Management
  • You are an amazing people person and know how to deal with plenty and diverse stakeholders
  • You are no stranger to the “Belgian compromise” in terms of solutions for the off-trade channel
  • You track the POSM stock and influence key stakeholders to deplete when required
  • Be the challenger of the status-quo – you see the long term picture and understand that change requires time (and patience!)
  • Be the SPOC for our external stakeholders

Activation & Execution:
  • Execution of the yearly display process (eg. Code creation, PO creation)
  • Execution (together with Head of Cust. Marketing off-trade) of the promoplan BeLux
  • Execution of visual demands of the off-trade clients
  • Execution of retailer tools, in collaboration with the CPA manager, for the off-trade clients
  • Support the CPA manager with the management of MTB/RTD budget (fridges, displays, permanent displays) 
  • Monthly field visit and continuous attention to field dynamics to ensure being close to the market.

This role can be preformed from anywhere in Belgium or Netherlands. We prefer that you are 3 times a week in the office of your country to ensure a good connection with the CPA team.

Skills and Experience

  • You have a Bachelor (or higher) degree or equivalent through experience
  • 1-2 years relevant experience (preferably in the FMCG-industry) 
  • You work in an organized manner and you are excellent at prioritization and planning
  • You are able to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity

  • You are pragmatic and hands-on. 
  • You are a great stakeholder manager and have good communication skills  
  • You have a critical mind and are creative in looking for solutions/improvements. 
  • Proficiency in English, fluent in Dutch or French (ideally both)
