About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment, coaching and mentoring of new retail ambassadors via Bacardi GTR Advocacy induction.
- Align with commercial team on realistic but ambitious sales targets and manage the monthly A&P budgets for retail ambassadors
- Managing the A&P budget for all training needs
- Responsible for tracking & monitoring retail sales targets to support commercial targets
- Assess needs, requirements & performance of retail ambassadors to drive performance and motivation
- Lead brand trainings with both retail ambassadors & generic staff (with premiumization focus)
- Responsible for the successful planning and execution of the 12-month training calendar across assigned markets
- Measure & evaluate the advocacy spends to ensure return on investments
- Train promotional staff prior to HPA/SPPs and lead drinks execution during events.
- Support the shop window (AVQPAP) to achieve consistently Picture of Success score monthly
Skills and Experience
- The Advocacy Training Manager has a team of Retail Ambassador’s to cover all airport activations in GTR South Asia.
- All Retail Ambassador’s must exceed the pass mark for all Training sessions they attend
- Co-create training materials with subject matter experts, particularly the GTR Marketing team.
- Bacardi secures the most talented Promoters on the staffing agencies books
- Promoters receive face to face training for all activations and are ready for day one
- A&P (Advocacy trainings) and T&E are managed within Budget
- Measure sales performance throughout the activation

- Organisational skills with an ability to plan multiple training sessions in multiple locations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
- Experience in additional functions beyond the ones listed above
- Dynamic and energetic & the ability to motivate others
- Training experience (especially selling skills) in FMCG
