About the role

Your Opportunity

As Supply Planning Analyst the position will be responsible for planning local production – for domestic and export finished goods – as well as imported finished goods (MPS process), supporting the S&OP process with availability, stock constrains, risks and opportunities and will be responsible for leading Supply Review Meeting.

This position will also be responsible for materials planning, follow up with suppliers and third parts and KPI management. Moreover, will be responsible for drive sustained improvement in product supply, customer service and planning cycles, keeping up with business pace.

This position will be key to support manufacturing projects for Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay and eventually in the Region (LAC OC).

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Stock level management;
  • Responsible for executing the whole operation and follow-up with national and international suppliers of raw material and dry supplies for production;
  • Participate on new products development (innovation process);
  • Responsible for the alignment between copacker and Bacardi for finished goods production / Master Production Schedule (MPS);
  • Create and manage Replenishment Forecast process in SAP APO in order to send the right signals for the plants – imported finished goods;
  • Create and control Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for Bacardi Brazil;
  • Resolve short/medium term supply constraints (ex. quality, technical…) to deliver product (Finish goods, Value Added Pack and POS) on the agreed basis;
  • Calculation of inventory projection in volume, cost and capacity at logistics warehouses;
  • Participate in the monthly process to review capacity issues with the copackers plants;
  • Lead Supply Review Meeting and be active participant in S&OP process and mindset;
  • Supply KPI’s controls (e.g DIOH, working capital, supplier adherence, copacker OTIF, production adherence, warehouse capacity, out of stock) together with Finance OPS, Manufacturer and Procurement;
  • Run PDCA cycles constantly to find improvements in the procurement and production flows.
