About the role

Your Opportunity

The  Rebates  Analyst,  reports  directly to  the  OTC Rebates   Team   Lead  in   support  of  its  mission  to expand the BES OTC footprint  using shared services to reduce costs, maintain or increase customer service, and  build  new capabilities. Compromised  to deliver best in  class services  for the OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibility areas are:
  • Rebates Management: Support all activities associated  with rebates  processing  which includes creation, maintenance and closure and perform  periodic status reports.
  • Support  all back-office activities for rebates processing including management of rebates agreements  and accrual adjustments.
  • Meet  and  exceed  customer  service,  SLA, and Key performance  indicator targets.
  • Identify opportunities within  his process  to enrich the quality and service of his daily activities.
  • Support     Sr.    Analyst     in      all      rebate management activities
  • The role will also support other areas within order  to  cash  including but not  limited to cash  applications, collections, credit  & risk and master data as necessary.

Bacardi Enterprise Service is looking for high performing  individuals who  are  success  driven  and interested in  a  career  at  Bacardi. This  role  will  be responsible for executing rebate management support, provide periodic reports, submit credit notes, and attend customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in OTC.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Meet, or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance  Indicators.
  • Maintain  a mindset of continuous improvement by constantly  striving for ways to improve the processes.
  • Works cooperatively with the organization and is committed to the overall team objectives.
  • Understand the e2e of the Rebates process
  • Use and knowledge of agreements management tools: Anaplan, Samba, Vistex, Amalia  and SAP
  • Support the Jr Analyst on the creation and modification of Rebate Agreements as per local market request.
  • Close rebate agreements as per local market request.
  • Manage the Internal correction process.
  • Credit Note reversal management (VF11):  Collect and document the request of a reversal billing document.
  • SysAid ticket resolution upon deadline and Agreed SLAs
  • Support coding process with the support of the Sr. Analyst
  • Follow up of invoices with issues.
  • Support stakeholders via phone or teams when required.
  • Back up approver of invoices
  • Create and maintain the process  mapping and documentation of the activities assign to the Rebates Analyst role.
  • Support Sr. Analyst with the internal and external audit requests.
  • Perform periodic rebates status reports

  • Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving  skills
  • Previous experience or current studies in areas such as accounting, finance or administration
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner
  • Maintain  a mindset of continuous improvement by constantly  striving for ways to improve the processes
  • Deliver best in class customer services to the organization to achieve our NPS targets
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment
  • Proven experience building business relationships with upper management
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, able to effectively address all levels within the organization
  • Full understanding of the process and capable to document and map it to ensure business continuity
  • Advanced English Level
