ABOUT THE ROLE
  • In accordance with regional marketing strategy, develop and organize sales strategy, accomplish the sales and marketing brand target so as to achieve the whole sales objective

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In accordance with the sales target to design the development program and quarterly sales target, report it to the area mgr and organize the implementation.
  • Manage and coordinate with supervisor on the issue of daily work.    
  • Review and analyze the quarterly regional sales work.     
  • Monitoring the sales activity and the condition of the target accomplishment in the area, take necessary measure to ensure using the least resources to produce the highest output.
  • Be responsible for the control and management of the expenditure including business travelling fee, entertainment fee, ad promotion fee and office daily expenses.
  • Establish good relationship with distributors and key customers as to ensure the successful cooperation with both sides.
  • Assessment of the rationality of sales input.     
  • Monitoring and ensure that the marketing activity is applied according to company standards. 

Skills and Experience

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES FOR SUCCESS    
  • Gender: No limitation       
  • Residence: More than 5 years living & working in the same city    
  • Language skill:Good in speaking,listening, writing and reading skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Computer Skills:Word, Excel, etc      
  • Education Background:Bachelor Degree or above     
  • Working Experience: At least more than 10 years sales team management experience, and the experience of on-trade negotiation.
  • Candidates with good communication skill, negotiation skill and business managerial skill are preferred.
  • Personality and ability:Influential, leadship, self-inspired, responsible, having team-spirit, warm and gentle, having the ability to solve problems.  
  • Others (whether it is necessary to go on business trip frequently, other special request):  Frequently go on business trip, be adapt to the on-trade working time.
