About the role

Your Opportunity
  • Use internal processes, systems and liaise with any internal and external stakeholders involved directly and indirectly to Graphics Development processes
  • Drive Artwork execution internally and externally to deliver projects on time and on quality, report progress and execute graphic administrative tasks
  • Monitor artwork process performance ensuring Bacardi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and deliver regular report to Global Graphic Team Manager
  • Report any issues, challenges or risks linked to the graphics development process to Global Graphic Team Manager
About You 

Minimum 3 years working experience as Account Manager in a Graphic house, or as Artwork Project Manager in communication Agency, Marketing or print suppliers or similar role.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Ensure all labeling is accurate, compliant, executable while maintaining design integrity and marketing needs. 
  • Coordinates Graphics Execution process internally and externally, support graphical administrative tasks and continuous improvement process. APC will be mainly assigned to projects managed from French OC. However, depending on business priority, he/she can be asked to support projects from other Operations Centre across the world (US, Italy, UK).
Artwork execution process 
  • Initiate and populate Graphics projects in graphics system and follow up workflow of tasks 
  • Own and drive packaging artwork development autonomously from artwork execution until supplier proof
  • Be a trusted artwork expert, ensuring artworks compliancy and always in adherence with the agreed work processes
  • Submit Lead/Master Artwork to Markets to collect translation and local needs. Depending on projects level and complexity, APC may be expected to work closely with Technical Creative Manager who will be providing Master/Lead Artwork.
  • Brief Graphic House to execute Artworks and amendments using the latest Briefing template and process 
  • Ensure Purchase Order (PO) is raised to printing suppliers for Packaging tooling after Artwork is sent to the supplier 
  • Submit Artwork for Approval in the graphics system and follow up progress (making sure approval process follow Purchaser standards and process) 
  • Report and escalate any risk of delay or issue
  • Advise suppliers to download Artworks 
  • Take ownership of the Graphics development process timeline, to build, and to share with project team using agreed template 
  • Lead the artwork project schedule to deliver artwork synchronized with overall initiative schedule 
  • Organize administratively trials and printing proof if required
  • Organize sampling reception and archiving after 1st production if required
  • Actively support pilot of Print Ready Artwork (PRA) by organizing Pre-Production Meeting and by reporting outcomes of PPM and by filling PRA reporting document.
Press Pass attendance
  • When required, attend print trials to drive excellence in execution. Guarantee that was signed off is achieved. 
  • Sign-off to physical proofs and produce print run reports
Project / Process Management 
  • Drive Graphics process: set up graphics project timeline, involve the right resource to deliver graphics, ensure all tasks are delivered on time, liaise with resources to understand graphic tasks status, report and communicate project status on a regular basis. 
  • Monitor project progress using APC tracker template
  • Drive continuous artwork process improvements, maintain and improve KPIs
  • Track tooling and services spend

  • Robust graphics knowledge: color management, technical graphics and printing process
  • Color press attendance experience 
  • Project management skills with successful development of artworks and delivering on time, on cost and on quality
  • Process oriented, capable to understand process and graphic management system
  • Software : Microsoft office, Graphic software, Artwork Management system  
  • Data Management experience
