About the role

Your opportunity
 Assistant Brand Managers are in the unique position of being able to influence the regional brand strategy and tie it up to local activities, coordinating agencies and distributor teams, taking into consideration global guidelines, combined with a deep understanding of each country’s needs to deliver unique brand experiences. Assistant Brand Managers are brand equity builders, their focus is on placing the consumer at the heart when creating and executing plans that sway consumers’ perception of our brands and leverage on strategy and creativity to do so.

About you
You are a strategic person passionate about seeing all your plans come to life from concept to report while leading all steps to make it happen with an eye for detail. You are comfortable collaborating as well as leading, with a positive mindset and interpersonal skills that promote positive relationships with all stakeholders. You have a curious mind and are well versed in media buying, PR, E-Commerce and are up to date in trends and cultural affairs. 

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

• Support the integrated activity plan development, gathering insights from 1 st and 3rd party data, and combining that with each brand’s vision and maturity stage to produce a blueprint of activities that will deliver the most effective and efficient growth. 
• Articulate internal stakeholders, agencies, and distributor teams to translate vision to action by delivering each proposed activity. 
• Follow-up on all marketing executions, from coordinating media buys (including digital, traditional and PR) to experientials and trade marketing support, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget on-quality implementations. 
• Lead all content creation activities adding storytelling expertise and creative excellence. 
• Tracking and guaranteeing all executions are matched by the allocated A&P and owning the reporting. 
• Championing digital marketing and E-Commerce initiatives that advance our brands presence and online transaction. 
• Support the innovation pipeline by coordinating with all stakeholders (Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Supply, Distributors) to deliver new products in the region in a timely and effective way. 
• Measure and evaluate all marketing initiatives to fuel up learning and optimization of all marketing activities. 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

• Traditional and digital media buying experience whether by first-hand roles or previous coordination roles. 
• Consumer marketing experience in spirits, luxury, or premium brands, leading different Marketing projects. 
• Strong strategic and creative profile with strong insight and analytical skills. 
• Other relevant experiences: BTL/Event planning, experiential marketing, trade marketing (ON or OFF-Trade) 
• Fluency in Spanish and English 
• Relevant advertising or marketing qualification
