Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Brand custodian for the leading Ready To Drink Brand in India – BREEZER. The role incumbent is responsible for marketing campaigns, activations, brand P&L and driving the newly launched brands / variants in India; along with developing a robust RTD pipeline for India. With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Support the development and execution of the integrated activity plan.
  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns across touch points, with specific focus on content, PR, Surround, & BTL activities.
  • Extend brand imagery into the entire customer experience across touchpoints and on-ground activations to build a differentiated experience and create delight.
  • Follow-up on all marketing executions, from coordinating media buys to experientials and trade marketing support, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget on-quality implementations. 
  • Develop channel specific programs for the brand.
  • Support the innovation pipeline by coordinating and executing the launch, communication & post launch evaluation.
  • Measure and evaluate all marketing initiatives to fuel up learning and optimization of all marketing activities.

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY 
  • 3-5 years of experience in in Brand Management, Marketing, Communication
  • Candidates with an MBA in Marketing
  • Experience in delivering Innovation (ideal, but not essential).
  • Understanding of digital & social marketing, content and influencer marketing. 
  • Prior experience of BTL marketing, event management, & working closely with external agencies partners
  • Confident presenter.
  • Highly organized & Structured thinking.
  • Excellence in execution and managing multiple projects & stakeholders.
