- Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in S&OP or Demand/Supply Planning, preferably in a similar Industry/FMCG/Consumer Durables etc.
Responsibilities
- Driving SKU level forecasting by maintaining correct master and transactional data in the SAP system. Analyzing the regular dilutors of forecast accuracy and drive improvement actions.
- Delivering key KPIs: Forecast accuracy, Bias, DIOH, Inventory Health and ATP.
- Evaluating slow moving products and excess inventories, implementing corrective action plan to achieve inventory targets.
- Working closely with Commercial team, Operations team and other stakeholders to drive S&OP agenda, ensuring right data in system and building/circulation of relevant reports. Mid- and Long-term forecast submissions.
- Ensure the development of tools and reports which provide relevant information to the business.
- Evaluate data and generate insights by identifying weekly and monthly trends.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience handling S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, Operations, Stakeholder Management, & Program Management preferably in a Alcobev/FMCG/FMCD industry.
- Very strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Good understanding of SAP ECC, and SAP IBP-DP & BI Module.
- MBA in Supply Chain or Business operations from Tier-1 institutes
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, which includes addressing day to day as well as long term problem statements.
- Effective communicator with good relationship building & interpersonal skills, team player.
- Problem-solving & organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and getting the job done.
