Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • You have complete ownership of the service, full responsibility for cost and service, support for current solutions, service improvement, prioritize requests in alignment with the strategy, manage projects and daily activities ensuring optimal and consistent organization and execution in full alignment with the PMO and Digital Factory, contributing, for example, with the program planning, steering committee status updates, presentations and providing insights to the portfolio and innovation processes including budget construction.  You review TECH security, compliance and audits for your IT
  • You ensure that commercialization and training of the initiative is adequate, solution is perfectly adopted, and you coordinate the appropriate resources as needed, from TECH and non-TECH organizations.
  • You lead the project: definition, goals, business benefits and objectives, governance structure and sponsorship, aligning plans and expectations. You are responsible for the overall project delivery and results according to success top criteria: scope, quality, time, budget, and customer satisfaction. You analyse requirements considering and aligning with other processes and solutions that may be impacted, foreseeing, and highlighting the risks that may be present adjusting the activities as needed. Manages (executes) the transition of the post go-live support activities to the Support Organization.
  • You understand the impact of emerging technologies for your service and align the technology plan and architecture roadmap of the it accordingly. 
  • You act as a consultant to other Tech services and the escalation point for performance issues, when needed; you are a great communicator and build strong and lasting relationships inside and outside TECH. 
  • Participate in the development of the strategy for your service, hand in hand with business partners and in alignment with global TECH strategy
  • You effectively strengthen vendor relationships to align vendor products and services with enterprise strategy and TECH service objectives. You formulate, negotiate, and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the service.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 4+ years in consulting or at industry working within a global team, with a strong focus on good prioritization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, TECH, related areas.
  • Project Management Experience, at least 2 years in systems integration, application requirements gathering and design, process mapping and gap analysis; align expectations of all stakeholders, work plans of all program resources, accountable for the result with top quality delivery; implementation and application management experience in HR functions is desired. As well, agile methodology and design thinking principles knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Responsible willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity; resilient to change. Ability to work in Globally matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; further languages of Spanish and/or French are a plus.
  • HCM/HRIS Platforms certification, cloud and integration technologies knowledge are a plus.
  • Programming techniques, LOW-Code, NO-Code desired.  Also, GDPR knowledge is a plus.
