About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Within this role as an Associate Manager, Technology Finance, you will assist to define, create, and provision Finance applications end to end solution design to support operations across the Finance function.

Communication and interpersonal skills are key within the Technology group and is deemed as fundamental when building a partnership with the Finance function

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Act as liaison between the North America business unit, Finance Planning & Analytics Tech team, and third-party support consultants
  • Coordinate, assist to prioritize and solution the North America FP&A related requests 
  • Gather requirements, implement process changes resulting from problem resolution or conventions or standards, and communicate status of internal requests
  • Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and problem resolution 
  • Act as catalyst to implement strategic and tactical change for the business
  • Conduct feasibility studies to define the purpose, functions, and overall structure of business processes
  • Perform analysis and document business processes leading to process change and/or system implementation
  • Lead cross functional business meetings
  • Advise the business on technology and process improvement
  • Ensure assigned project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs
  • Coach and mentor other team members

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in designing and building planning solutions such as Cognos TM1, SAP BPC, or Anaplan
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes pertaining to Finance, Sales and other core business functions
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration with TM1, Anaplan and SAP solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate across teams at all levels and business contexts.
  • Commitment to excellence with a passion for driving transformation with the ability to drive change management and integration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to multiple projects and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams.
