About the role

Your Opportunity

In an exciting and challenging business environment where management of commercial investments is becoming critical, we need a talented individual to work alongside with our BES Global Services and Operations team to strength our OTC and Rebates processes while adhering to Compliance requirements. 

You will be working in an area with plenty of opportunities to grow in both professional and personal areas; perpetually growing and expanding your knowledge outside of the initial role of managing commercial investments.

About You
  • You are an inclusive leader with excellent communication skills to access to all levels in our organization
  • You like to manage OTC solutions especially in the Rebates area, with the enthusiasm to manage or take part in projects in a complex organization aligning with different areas in the company.
  • You have the sense of urgency and fearlessness to make proper decisions and proposing the best possible solutions.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new requirements and opportunities
  • Stay on top of any new technological or business innovation impacting your area
  • Be the technical and main point of contact between Global Operations (OTC) and BES services.
  • Deploy requested solutions and manage projects/teams when required.
  • You will be the main Point of Contact for OTC in the APAC area
  • You will be the OTC point of contact with our Accenture support team in Manila
  • Moving to this role you will ensure that all the solutions deployed are fully compliant with the Sales and Distribution principles, acting as a gate keeper and maintaining the Order To Cash global template across all markets
  • Celebrate Key Milestones, documenting Solutions and sharing learnings

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Strong SAP-SD experience as functional consultant (technical background is a plus)
  • Strategic and Critical thinker, and problem solver 
  • Aspirational leader able to actively contribute to strengthening our inclusive and equitable culture
  • Experience on delivering cross-functional solutions and collaborating with different teams 
  • Strong understanding of business and commercial terms being able to translate these terms to tech requirements
  • Strong background in pricing management and SAP rebates solutions
  • Additional skills such as E-Invoicing, EDI and ABAP debugging are a plus
  • Able to properly communicate with relevant stakeholders from different areas and functions
