About the role

  • In this role, you will be part of a high performing team that supports Avature Recruitment System (ATS & CRM). Avature helps recruiters, HR and Business Leaders efficiently manage their recruiting activities and talent pipelines through Avature digital platform. 
  • You will not only be the super-user of the platform, but also the expert trainer to enhance the candidate, recruiter, and Hiring Manager’s experience.

  • You have excellent project management skills, are naturally disciplined and well-organized, and have great analytical thinking and questioning mind. You are a good listener, and you love to get to the bottom of business problems to understand the user needs and drive innovation and brilliant execution.

  • You will provide first point of contact for HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates (internal as well as external) regarding Avature recruitment platform or application experience.
  • You will gather and follow up on business requests for technical upgrades and Avature platform enhancements
  • You will communicate regularly with Recruiter & HR users about system upgrades, explaining the changes, impact, and benefits.
  • You will support Business needs by building Custom-Made Reporting based on Recruitment KPIs.
  • You will ensure new recruiter users are comfortable using Avature and existing users are familiar with new features, enhancements, and functionalities that can improve their user experience
  • You will apply design thinking methodology to understand users, gain insights, clearly define problems and create innovative ideas to improve experience for HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates.

Skills and Experience

  • Critical thinking and analytical ability
  • Organization, planning, project management skills and ability to follow through consistently under tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing Recruitment Technology projects. Some Avature knowledge or other recruitment ATS / CRM.
  • Configuration experience would be highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail
  • Agility and experience of working in a dynamic environment which requires shifting priorities and reassessing priorities in response to business needs
  • Technical customer service experience with track record of delivering within SLAs
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in compliance environment, understanding of Data Privacy regulations and implication on recruitment systems
  • Knowledge of recruitment fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
  • Understanding of Design Thinking, UX, automation, system design.
  • Experience of leading technical training, both with developing training content as well as delivering training interventions

  • Strong organizational skills with project management experience, ability to manage expectation of stakeholders
  • Can work independently but you thrive in teams
  • Able to work under pressure and with ambiguity
  • Open-minded, honest, eager to learn, to deliver results and have fun!
  • Strong perseverance, patience and ability to focus on complex tasks and break them into manageable parts
  • Comfortable with a variety of tasks, comfortable to try new tools and new ways of working
