About the role
- You have deep SAP and Business Knowledge. Understand the business and processes (including manufacturing and supply chain processes)
- You have a strong project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools), team management and communication skills
- You have experience in multiple Tech services/programs in the company, ideally SAP
Responsibilities
- Collect Global Operations and Trading’ requirements, and identify unmet needs to deliver value to the company.
- Identify and qualify business transformation ideas, translating them in IT terms
- Drive on-going review and prioritization with key stakeholders across all functions. Define SLA and monthly KPI metrics which feed planning and prioritization of all outstanding projects requests
- Provide input to the BEST Program portfolio (running Projects and pipeline)
- Responsible for the overall program delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Deliver the program within budget
- Align work plans and expectations, accountable for the end result with top quality delivery
- Ensures projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner
- Ensure business engagement on the program – clear requirements, commitments including the right level of resourcing and commitment to bottom-line business results
- Own communication, reporting and program management processes. Ensure excellent/very precise communication within the project team and to stakeholders on the status, risks and issues.
- Create excellent relationships with the IT Services, Operations and Client Managers
- Organize and lead multi-functional projects teams, ensure clear roles and responsibilities across the program. Set direction and provide guidance
- Responsible for ensuring that the overall program structure and program management process enable the project teams to successfully complete their work and that their deliverables are integrated into the program’s end project, service, results and/or benefits
- Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you

Skills and Experience
- Deep Business Knowledge - Understand the business and processes
- Strong project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools)
- Experience in multiple Tech services/programs in the company, ideally SAP
- Experience of a leadership role in a matrix organization
- Vendor management
