About the role

What does a Business Intelligence Analyst do?
  • Support key partners with agile and timely information to unlock business growth.
  • Generates valuable insights based on data that challenges the status quo.
  • Develop executive and functional dashboards looking always after data automation.

  • Creative and curious, always willing to know more, and being a challenger. 
  • Capable of teamwork and collaboration between several business departments.
  • Bachelor on Economics, Actuary, Engineering, Finance or related.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Generates analysis and reporting of internal and external data sources to provide insights which help and guide business decisions (syndicated sources, quantitive market studies and internal sources)
  • Execute analysis and identifies insights to unlock growth and win effectively in the market through holistic solutions based on market dynamics and the internal goals.
  • Provide agile and timely information to contribute with action plans for continuous improvement and be prepared to challenge the status quo.
  • Business Partner of Marketing. Support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to support the development and execution of brands strategy (OBPPC).
  • Accompanies each step of the information and selling process with accurate and valuable information to support decision making.
  • Work with IT to develop executive and functional-operative dashboards, to identify gaps in existing reporting, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.

Personal Qualities
  • Bachelor on Economics, Actuary, Engineering, Finance or related
  • Ideally Business Intelligence knowledge or previous experience of Business Analysis / Market Insight Analysis.
  • Experience in F&B industry or massive consumption market is desired
  • Analysis, intuitive and communication are fundamental for being able to interpret and share data
  • Systems: Advanced Office, Power BI and Reporting Systems. Statistical applications are a plus
  • Language: Spanish and English
