About the role

What does a BI Coordinator do?

Lead data analysis to provide insights (sufficient and robust) and support strategic growth initiatives.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Lead and drive the analysis and reporting of internal data sources to provide insights which help and guide execution business decisions (availability, visibility, price, promotions and advocacy).
  • Execute analysis and identifies insights to unlock growth and win effectively in the market through holistic solutions based on market dynamics.
  • Business Partner of Customer Marketing and Sales. Support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to support the development and execution of ON- and OFF-Trade customer-facing plans.
  • Provide agile and timely information to contribute with action plans for continuous improvement and be prepared to challenge the status quo.
  • Work with IT to develop executive and functional-operative dashboards, to identify gaps in existing reporting, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
  • Transform BI team into key partner, lead to be a reference into a lean, fast and digital organization.

  • Analytics: from numbers to insights
  • Teamwork: 1+1 > 2
  • Business Partner: understanding their needs and accompany them through the process
  • Challenge the status quo: look after and share opportunities
  • Commitment, working under pressure and tolerance
  • Decision making balance between when to ask for support and when to move forward
  • Bachelor on Economics, Actuary, Engineering, Finance or related
  • Business Intelligence knowledge or previous experience of Business Analysis, KPIs extraction and follow up
  • Experience in F&B industry or massive consumption market
  • Systems: Advanced Office, Power BI and Reporting Systems. Statistical applications are a plus.
  • Language: Spanish and English
  • Ideally experience leading a team
