About the role

What does a Bottling Manager do?

  • Ensure with all its staff and others dept., the production on the bottling lines in compliance with Bacardi rules, quality, HACCP and safety rules in order to give the best serve to our customers, with agility, flexibility and reactivity.
  • Pilot its department and built a long term vision for bottling according to the brand vision and strategy.
About You 
  • You are good at team management and at engaging Primos with a strong leadership, you like challenges and indulge in an active and responsive environment
  • You are able to analyze complex dashboards, step back and make decisions related to a strategic vision.
  • The customer is at the heart of your concerns, as well as the well-being of your teams and the effectiveness of your organizations.
  • You have experience in production management in similar environment

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Ensure with all its staff and others dept., the production on the bottling lines in compliance with Bacardi rules, quality, HACCP and safety rules 
  • Coordinate & manager the bottling teams
    • Organization, training (development), holidays, interviews, etc.
  • Oversee the organization of all bottling activities 
  • Manage its budget and pilot investments 
  • Contribute to the site’s strategic plan
  • Manage the Bacardi Operating System Asset Care in connection with the pillar leaders
  • Lead the lines DDS and plant DDS – SCOPE Line lead (SQS-CIL-DH)
  • Optimize the performance of the plant’s lines
  • Drive the continuous improvement of bottling through lean methodology (SMED, Kaizen, 5S, BOS)
  • Contribute to the evolution of the industrial tool (industrialization studies, ergonomics, new products)

  • Leadership and management abilities
  • Rigour, adaptability, autonomy, strength of proposal, ability to negotiate (external relations suppliers), pedagogy
  • English speaking 
  • Project management
  • Pack Office and IT tools, SAP,  EIT, etc.
  • Budget management
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (RCA, Kaizen, SMED …)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ( Lean accelerator as a must)
  • Knowledge of production management (planning, Primos management, inventory, etc.)
  • Know the rules of hygiene, HACCP, safety and quality related to the function and specific to the production site
  • Knowledge of the production and packaging processes
