About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role you will be accountable to tailor the Hub Customer Marketing programs and execute them in your market. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Hub Commercial & Marketing team and our local 3rd party distributors. 
In this role, you will primarily be based in the Buenos Aires office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues. However, you will be part of the broader Customer Marketing Community across the Hub and the Region and as such there will be some travel to other markets.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Marketing Investment Stewardship: be the Regional leader for the following areas: 
    • Management of Provisions and Invoicing of marketing investment
    • Lead and consistently improve monthly marketing closing meeting 
    • A&P IBP reporting lead, with close support from local Brand Managers
    • M&E´s expert, developing this discipline among cluster marketing team and Distributors.
    • Consorzio de Asti single point of contact for the cluster.
  • Consumer Marketing Planning:  support Customer Mkt Manager in the consumer marketing activity planning to the Argentinean market.
  • SoCo Digital Hub leader: Lead the project with regional agency, delivering digital and social media services to our key markets (PE, AR, CL), counting with the close support from local Brand Managers in PE and CL. 
  • PR & Influencers: Work with local partner to deliver strong consumer-oriented platforms to Argentina. 
  • Movistar Arena project owner: 
    • In partnership with a local agency, develop an activity plan to leverage Movistar Arena reach among Argentinean target consumers: contests, digital, social media, activations.
    • Develop an easy-to-execute toolkit for external markets to also use and leverage Movistar Arena deal with contests and channel activations. 
  • Media Buying: Support Marketing Manager in the relationship with Media agency in the aspects of media buying in Argentina for both Digital and Traditional. 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 2 - 4 years Marketing experience, preferably with Brand management experience
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas: Digital, Promotions, Events, Media, etc. 
  • Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful presentations
  • Data analysis and summarize information 
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Fluent command in English and Spanish
  • Project Management skills
The following experiences are preferred:
  • Drinks and Luxury Category experience is an advantage 
  • Purchasing and/or vendor pricing negotiations
  • Experience working within matrix environment
