About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the Sales & Marketing business plans under the direction of the UKBH Sales and Marketing Manager, supporting the consumer, groups and events strategies for the Brand Home.
- Support the UK Sales and Marketing Manager with external sales events such as trade fairs and offsite events and conducting client meetings.
- Manage relationships with group travel operators, tourism and accommodation providers and own B2B relationships.
- Drive proactive field sales activity to maximise commercial potential through partners, including tour operators, accommodation providers and other nearby attractions.
- Drive sales activity for events, working closely with the Events teams at each site to maximise commercial opportunity and deliver revenue.
- Leverage commercial opportunities to deliver revenue, including the bar, café and retail, as well as ecommerce, and integrate these areas into content and communication plans
- Lead the creation of assets, including digital and print, under the direction of the UK Marketing Manager.
- Be a project manager - execute projects set by the UK Marketing Manager on time and to budget, and supply wash up reports.
- Working in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator, ensure a holistic and aligned approach to the overall Sales & Marketing plans for UK Brand Homes, keeping in close touch with the Marketing function, covering when required.

- Strong organisational skills - consistent approach to logging information and reporting results
- Customer service skills - manage online communities and feedback in an appropriate way, escalating to the UK Marketing Manager where appropriate
- Project management - ability to see a project through from start to finish
- Finger on the pulse - up to date with the latest trends to deliver the best digital comms as possible
- Independent working - self-motivated individual, able to manage your own time and prioritise your workload
- Able to plan your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Delivery-focused mindset, able to execute efficiently, on time and to budget
