About the role

As a Brand Manager you will be accountable for delivering overall Angel’s Envy performance targets and leading core brand team initiatives, with an expectation for an evolved level of strategic thinking. You will serve as lead for strategic IAT planning, both- development and execution, as well as leading digital/social strategy with the lead agency. You will collaborate and align with our broader Brand team & Field Marketing team for the execution of relevant consumer programs and assets to drive effective, local activation for Angel’s Envy.


Responsibilities

       You will provide insights for the situation assessment for the Brand in the market, contributing to defining the “Jobs to be Done” each year as part of the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process

       You will extend the IAP into a robust market brand plan, coordinating with Experiential team and Field Marketing team to deliver maximum impact in-market and deliver annual Brand financial and commercial targets

       Lead and develop the holistic briefing and strategic direction for ATL programming for master campaign and tent pole While execution of BTL elements will not directly report to this role, briefing and ideation should be comprehensive to ensure cohesive 360 programs can be delivered

       Lead strategy and execution of digital platforms, including social channels, website, and CRM program

       Develop Influencer strategy and programming

       Develop media strategy and execution plans with lead strategic/creative agency and media agency

       Leverage your business acumen, both to help strengthen junior members of the team and to solve for business needs and growth drivers: including monthly business reviews (MBR) which highlight both the “what” and the “so what” to inform strategy and pivots necessary, spirits industry / distributor and retail understanding, local market insights (e.g. on/off premise, market visits)

       Directly lead a Marketing Coordinator and work closely with Associate Brand Manager who lead such areas as total brand e-commerce / shopper marketing/POS and shares responsibility of monthly business analysis

       Lead and be the primary contact for the IAT agency team and act as a dotted line lead to the Activation Team to ensure we have the right assets and experiences aligned to the brand plan

       Manage portion of A&P budget for respective projects


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

       Brand management experience in progressive roles, leading different Marketing projects (3-5 years)

       Experience multiple specialty ATL areas: campaign development, media planning, social media and influencer strategies, CRM, etc.

       Desire to develop and lead a team, inclusive of both a direct report and peers

       Excellent analytical skills with a passion for rigor

       Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to craft and present meaningful presentations

       Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications

       Fluent command in English (other language fluency is desirable)

The following experiences are preferred:

       Beverage alcohol and luxury category experience is an advantage

       Experience in additional functions beyond the ones listed above

       Ability to work under pressure and manage and lead through ambiguity

       Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category and how to use available data to develop initiatives to grow the brand

       Knowledgeable of legal regulations in the industry for markets
