About the role

What does a Marketing Executive do?

As Marketing Executive, you will be accountable for driving the implementation of all brand plans across Israel & North Africa in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external partners. 

You will seek to deliver world-class activations that will enhance the business performance of our brands and further improve brand equity and desire.

You will be very result-oriented and firmly focused on commercial growth in your markets. Your ability to communicate clearly will be instrumental for you to work collaboratively across stakeholders. You will fearlessly and independently chart a picture of success with the founder’s mentality of owning execution of all brands and demonstrate the highest epitome of leadership behaviors of a family member on transparency and teamwork. 

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Assist in driving the Integrated Annual Planning process internally and with distributors/partners. 
  • Develop Joint Business Plans for key customers in Retail & On-trade.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure flawless and timely implementation of programs in the market
  • Delivering exceptional execution of end-consumer communications – ATL, DIGITAL & PR. 
  • Tracking the marketing budget assigned for projects and efficiently managing the spending.  
  • In-depth knowledge of the market reflects challenges and opportunities for key stakeholders in the business.
  • Measure & Evaluate the performance of activities implemented directly or via partners, and report results monthly. 
  • Lead marketing review to the region & leadership. 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing role in the Alcobev industry, Beauty & Cosmetics, or other FMCG.  
  • Fluent at briefing agencies and managing several projects simultaneously. 
  • Capable of planning, leading and executing significant-scale campaigns from start to finish. 
  • Comfortable working with PPT and numerical analysis and extracting key business insights. 
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Able to report, analyse and measure your strategy’s efficiency in the market.
  • Native or high-level English speaking & writing 
  • French speaker – advantage.
