About the role

YOUR CHALLENGE

Brand Managers are equity builders, hyper focussed on executing strategies that sway consumers’ perceptions. As DACH Brand Manager for Grey Goose & Patrón, you will be instrumental in the development & execution of the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) while prepping for the next year’s one.
Your focus is on placing the consumer at the heart behind every activity, processing Global & Regional guidelines & programs into local activation relevance.
You will lead the execution of consumer centric plans, delivering seamless consumer journeys from awareness to penetration & loyalty. This includes co-owning BTL programs with your local Customer Marketing peers, rolling out (digital) transformational initiatives and driving consistency in execution.
Germany has been identified as a key focus market for both Grey Goose & Patrón. This role will be pivotal in creating & driving the acceleration roadmaps for both brands.
You will be a key stakeholder in delivering the Grey Goose & Patrón P&L for DACH, focussed on identifying & scaling growth drivers, flawless execution of Integrated Activation programs, and the seamless launch of innovation for fast and scalable success.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Lead the execution of this years’ Integrated Brand Plans (IAP) coordinated with cross functional teams to deliver maximum impact activities that deliver share growth and financial targets for the DACH Cluster.
  • Support the build of next years’ IAP together with the region, global & cross functional team.
  • Lead in the development, delivery & tracking against AVQPAP fundamentals
  • Plan & build consumer centric brand experiences in line with the approved IAP that deliver seamless consumer journeys using the available ecosystem: execution BTL platforms & activities at scale.
  • Build strong data driven relationships via audience precision targeting, personalised, adapted content and experiences to effectively address consumer needs, driving point of differentiation and value for the brand. Use effective research (qualitative and quantitative), commercial & financial data as well as direct consumer behavioral data and analytics (E.g., Talk Walker, Social Baker, Sprout Social, Google Trends etc.) to identify insights that drive growth.
  • Be close to the real world by adopting a listen, make, deploy approach to deliver consumer centric content, checking the pulse of your brand, the competition & daily trends.
  • Measure and Evaluate brand performance and activities to continuously optimise brand spend
  • Feed into and support the development of regional and global toolkits and localise these. This will require the writing of agency briefs both creative and production and ongoing agency relationship management.
  • Consult and take continuous input from key local stakeholders on brand/category plans and activities.
  • Mandatory and regular live presence across Austria & Switzerland to build a profound human & professional connection with Primos from the bottom to the top.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Consumer brand management experience in progressive roles, leading different Marketing projects.
  • Strong financial acumen incl. reading & processing P&L, managing financial variables such as price and A&P.
  • Commercial and/or Customer Marketing experience and/or digital business experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas: digital, innovation, promotions, events, media, influencer etc.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of yearly brand plans and projects.
  • Actively build and lead interactions between the functions to ensure plans are implemented and goals are met.
  • Skilled at communicating with all levels and functions (written, verbal and presentations).
  • Strong numerical, insight and analytical skills.

  • Speaking English is mandatory, German preferred but not essential
