About the role

You will help to create a legacy for Premium Spirits by making and implementing key decisions that will significantly affect the presence and positioning of the Premium Spirits portfolio in Poland. You will deliver fearless and innovative strategies that sway consumers’ perception of our brands, placing the consumer at the heart of all you do, creating local relevance for the brands. You will build the brands, fostering digital developments, events, experiential activations, research and sponsorships, driving commercial value creation across premium spirits. 

You are an exceptional Brand Builder who places consumer insights at the heart of your work. You create inspiring and innovative brand campaigns that push the boundaries, delivering commercial growth and nurturing long term brand equity. You are motivated to build close partnerships across functions sharing innovative ways of working.


  • Responsible for managing the performance of the Bacardi Martini Premium Spirits portfolio in Poland (Bombay, Patron, Grey Goose)
  • Be the driving force behind delivering brand performance and value creation 
  • Build category and brand strategy, leading on activity planning, brand management and consumer communication activities in alignment with Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) and Sales Teams
  • Execute all consumer programs and assets, driving effective and efficient local brand activation and managing budget
  • Work in collaboration with the Hub and Global Category team ensuring Integrated brand communication

Skills and Experience

  • Brand management/ trade marketing experience of premium alcohol or luxury brands in the On-Trade channel would be highly advantageous
  • Extensive consumer, shopper and customer understanding
  • Ability to manage complex marketing projects alongside Sales/Trade Marketing 
  • Experience in varied specialty areas: promotions, events, media, trade activities etc. 
  • Experience in ON Trade Activations or brand building through the On-Trade channel
  • Passionate and experienced in igniting excitement through meaningful presentations
  • Degree and/or professional marketing qualifications is desirable
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Entrepreneurial, Founders & Fearless mentality
  • Proactive and “hands on” person with project management skills
  • Creative in looking for new innovative solutions
  • Passionate and motivated to drive for results  
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity 
  • Good at prioritisation and able to work independently
  • Skilled in building collaborative partnerships and willingness to work as a team
