About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the bulk (operations & team) at Gensac
- Production planning
- Supply raw materials
- Deliveries to partners
- Manage stocks level and inventories
- SAP declarations
- Ensure GNS quality release and inventory management at Supplier level, work with supplier on continuous improvement (Quality, efficiency, sustainability)
- Ensures quality of production and manage analysis and control
- Cost control and improvement for the bulk department, budget control
- SRM orders and follow up (in coordination with financial controller)
- Drive the roll out of global initiatives for the bulk department
- Ensure effective local KPI tracking reporting process
- Achieve all local performance targets
- Manage labor for the bulk
- Execution of the Engineering strategy for the department (including CAPEX)
- Accountable for continuous improvement program in bulk department
- Drives Operations following Bacardi standards
- Develop a culture of innovation
- Support new product ideation, with constant survey of Competition activites
- Contribute to R&D project (liquid) – new product development and new technology assessment
- Implement new technologies, processes, and new product
- Promote the ideation of VE projects
- Support Advocacy at plant level
- Embrace Founder’s Mentality: Develop a “can do” attitude with fearless approach
- Lead by example in living company values, vision, and mission
- Create connections & opened communication with our primos across the whole organization
- Let’s Talk deployed for all primos
- Responsible for implementation of change management programs
- Play a proactive role in preserving the heritage of the brand production process intrinsics
- Support some technical advocacy activities
- Develop (local), implement, and ensure adherence to SQS strategies, policies and procedures, with the support of SQS managers
- Ensure compliance with the relevant local regulations
- Ensures perfect survey and consumer at heart mindset
- Accountable for local supplier relationship and contract management in his department
- Assure with the quality department quick response and improvement to any service or quality concern
Skills and Experience
- Holds an oenology degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years in wine or spirits process manufacturing
- Technical background / Experience in Production
- Good knowledge of ISO standards / food industry
- Expertise in sensory analysis
- Fluency in French and English
- Your ability to operate and orchestrate the manufacturing team will be critical for your success in this role and of the function
