About the role
Responsibilities
- Manages the planning and organization of spirit aging, blending and cold filtration operations.
- Ensures the supply of bottling liquids
- Monitors and maintains the department's installations
- Anticipates tastings of eau-de-vie purchases, pre-cuts, cuts and finished products (Expert Panel).
Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Oenology or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of cognac tasting (Expert Panel)
- At ease with IT tools (Pack Office, ERP, etc.)
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to the company (AOC, Quality, Safety, Environment)
- Mastery of production processes (pumping, transfer, blending, filtration, heat treatment, etc.)
- Experience in the wine and spirits sector desirable
- Fluency in French and English
- Rigor, exemplarity, honesty, respect for rules and procedures
- Your autonomy and agility in managing your team while respecting the company's values will be essential for this position.
