About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be included in the successful Bacardi Off Trade European Team. Supporting key decisions that will drive the country’s commercial operations and performance. 

You will contribute on the flawless execution of the international services and activations, ensuring compliance with the international contracts. Additionally, you will be supporting the KA team to drive more value creation.

You will be responsible for the tracking and reduction of international pricing corridors.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

This role you will be accountable for delivering value by supporting the International Customer Accounts planning and performance management processes. Your commercial knowledge, ability to develop trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders from different cultures and ability to draw out data driven insights will be key to your success in this role.

You will support the Senior Manager International Accounts on Sales performance analysis and reporting e.g., detailed Sales performance analysis by customer.

Deliver results and excellence in execution
  • Provide Insights into our pricing by customer and market
  • Develop knowledge of price and trade structures across markets
  • Explain variances between sales targets and results
  • Support implementation of international customer contracts
  • Support European management in customer-related decisions
  • Support Senior Manager International Accounts on other adhoc sales reporting as needed
  • Contribute to a shared sense of purpose among all the Hub Sales team
  • Have knowledge of Bacardi history and culture

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Extensive experience in reporting systems and MS Office
  • Extensive experience in complex dataset analytics with abilities to draw out key insights
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery
  • Proficiency in English language skills – any other language is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
