About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion the Customer Relationship in the territory for Bacardi-Martini
- Activation and executional excellence within the territory
- Effective advocacy of the key brands
- Effectively manage territory planning and administration
- Deliver on “Picture of Success” sales driver targets
- Net Sales Revenue Growth: Grow your territory in line with National Budgeted growth rates measured through sales data, reviewed annually as per company timelines (EES)
- Executional Excellence: Growth of Picture of Success sales driver total scores measured through weekly scorecard and reviewed quarterly
- Territory Management: Execution of agreed journey plan measured weekly through scorecard and reviewed quarterly
- New Business: Successfully sourced new business in line with targets agreed to by leader measured through sales data and Mobile touch
Skills and Experience
- Previous sales experience in FMCG
- Connection with the local Hospitality scene in Sydney– Preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning and negotiation skills in your current role
- Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Tertiary Qualifications are preferred but are not essential
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Fearlessly perseveres in overcoming obstacles and setbacks by taking swift and efficient action and share best practices.
- You are a self-motivator and continuously challenge yourself to achieve the best results possible.
- Demonstrate the drive, initiative and tenacity required to define winning at Bacardi.
