Being part of the On-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels looking to gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.  

About You
  • You are skilled at consistently building deep, trusting partnerships with business.

  • You are solution-oriented with fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and a proactive approach to anticipating business needs


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
  • Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers
  • Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
  • Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
  • Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Tenacity and resilience to work through challenging business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, any other language is an asset.
  • Exceptional organization skills and close attention to detail.
  • Outstanding Result-Orientation, actively seeking for business opportunities keeping in mind the company's objectives.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
