About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for the first step of the PTP process. Which is the PO creation and the relative follow up. You will be a crucial part in ensuring we deliver best in class service when it comes to purchasing and paying.

About You 

Your ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly within the organization will be critical for your success.
This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance), as such, this role will regularly interact with a multitude of organizational levels, typically from individual contributors to directors. This role will also work with other Bacardi professionals, specialist groups, and external vendors. As a key enabling position in the service center, a customer service mindset is essential.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to
  • Raise purchase orders for all indirect procurement categories (A&P, Point of Sale, Facility Management, IT, Professional Services, HR and T&E).
  • Follow up on timeliness creation of GR (Good Receipt) for the corresponding Purchase Orders
  • Daily contact with budget owners for financial commitments and any other support related with the PTP process
  • Daily contact with other functions in PTP to monitor End to End PTP process
  • Drive process efficiencies
  • Attend corporate and GBS trainings
  • Develop training materials for budget owners jointly with Manager and provide training sessions
  • Raise tickets to resolve issues, to add or remove SRM users, etc.
  • Create/change vendor master data requests and to coordinate the execution with the MDG super user 
  • Monitor accuracy of master data
  • Support with process controls, internal and external audit.

  • Strong customer service 
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment
  • Good understanding of internal controls, standards and processes to ensure data integrity

  • IT Skills: Experience with SAP and SRM are a plus
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, any other language is a plus
