About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible with providing the buying centre AMEA team your leadership and expertise regarding PTP End to End processes. Understanding the full end to end process will be key as you will be interacting with a large range of functions.

About You 

Your ability to work cross functionally is key to proactively propose improvements to your area of expertise. This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance), as such, this role will regularly interact with a multitude of organizational levels.
This role will also allow you to work with other Bacardi professionals, and external vendors. As a key enabling position in the Bacardi Service Center, a customer service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Coordinate the Buying Center AMEA organization
  • Manage operational procurement for AMEA
  • Manage market interactions and projects.
  • Provide functional expertise to PTP organization to efficiently route and close all escalated items related to SRM, Invoice status, Taulia and System functionalities
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze KPI and necessarily follow up.
  • Maintain process documentation for completeness and accuracy including procedural documents, user guide documentation

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in the Spirits and/or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage
  • More than 3 years leading finance related groups
  • Solid knowledge of Bacardi organization
  • Experience in Shared Services environment preferred
  • Troubleshooting and customer service experience in PTP is a plus
  • Good to excellent knowledge of SRM
  • Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms, preferably SAP and specialized tools like workflows, ticketing tools etc.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other financial software
  • Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindsets
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment
  • Ability to manage escalations promptly
