YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Customer Marketing Executive – Off Premise, you will partner with the brand and off premise Sales team to deliver off premise marketing assets and experiences that create value and financial impact for Bacardi.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AT THE CORE, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
  • Be the synergy between brand and customer that translates strategy into action to win in the marketplace
  • Develop and deliver best in class executions, creating sustainable growth for our customers and brands
  • Develop, manage and execute media support/digital with key customers to support our brand plans and activity in the off premise (including content development and online PR/ influencers.) 
  • Lead, manage and execute activation delivery from briefing to execution and evaluation.
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of the Point of Sale Materials (POSM), Barware, GWP, Collateral and Social Media aligned to Brand BVI ensuring quality control and consistency. Ensure that all Marketing Communication is in accordance with ABAC.
  • Be skilled in using data and evaluation tools such as Aztec, Board Data. Lead understanding and curiosity of consumer, shopper and customer needs and motivations in the off premise.
  • Work with suppliers, sales and marketing teams to ensure timely inputs, approvals and development of relevant assets and campaign.
  • Set SMART objectives for activity and facilitate/collate learnings for continuous improvement to be shared and form the basis of M&E review process.
  • Work within established Brand A&P and T&E Budgets as defined by CP&A  Manager.
  • Be a brand and customer advocate, so actively present in the on and off trade and supporting customers and venues.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

To be successful in this role you will have/be:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer marketing within an Alcohol or FMCG business
  • Exceptional project management skills with the flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and respond to conflicting business priorities 
  • Passion for the digital industry coupled with a high awareness of digital trend
  • High level of interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with many functions
  • Ability to positively influence decisions making and align key stakeholders
  • Confidence to make decisions and recommend actions based on insight
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to add value 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to give clear feedback and direction to executional partners
  • Exceptional agency management skills 
  • Decision making oriented and able to quickly react to changing environment
  • Excellent Budget management and Purchase order experience
  • Organized and determined persistent person
  • Ability to perform M&E and collate learnings on activation
  • Data analysis (shopper, retailer & sales data to develop ROI for activities)
  • Good knowledge of Australian Liquor Market
