About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated activity plan execution with excellence in Off Trade channels (Modern, Traditional and Digital Commerce)
- Guide distributors on identifying the strategic brand priorities and translating those into brilliant execution, considering channel dynamics and needs to drive growth.
- Contribute to the shaping of a new era of Customer Marketing in Chile, building and executing a fully integrated plan that maximize conversion at point of sale.
- Identify the right customers & occasions for your target consumers and deliver solutions to meet needs and drive transaction.
- Measure and evaluate brand and channel execution performance (internal and customer sales data) as well as brand activity performance to continuously optimize trade spend. You’ll supervise local market trade investment.
- Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers and suppliers. Consult and take continuous input from key stakeholders (commercial, consumer marketing, distributors) on brand/category plans and activities.
- Feed into and support the development of regional toolkits and localize these, working with agencies and suppliers.
- Maintain channel activity grids and local activity communications.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in customer/trade marketing, brand management, experiential and BTL execution. Sales fundamentals understanding and tracking knowledge; managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Digital Commerce), as well as understanding customer and channel dynamics to deliver business results
- Previous experience managing budgets (Planning, execution, measurement, evaluation, and optimization)
- Strong understanding of consumer & trade customer insights and numerical, analytical and project management skills
- Previous experience working interdependently with distributors is a plus
- Verbal/written skills at all levels; ability to generate meaningful presentations. Good level of English is desired.
