About the role

  • In this role you will be accountable to tailor the Hub IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) programs for the Off-Trade channel and execute them in your market. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Hub Customer Marketing team, Hub Consumer Marketing and Country Commercial teams
  • You will build and develop best in class Customer and Brand Marketing  capabilities at a Country level that will enable us to win in the marketplace
  • You will influence the development of Off-Trade Channel Strategies that through the IAP process are converted into winning value propositions that drive value growth, in 360° with the Brand Plan you will develop
  • You will apply the frameworks to translate our Category and Point of Purchase Visions into a Picture of Success by channel that drives value share growth
  • You will amplify a variety of customer-focused BTL materials and programs to ensure we win at Point of Purchase (POP)


  • Support delivery of Country, year on year growth Net Sales Value and NSV/case by inputting to the Hub Integrated Activity
  • Plan (IAP) development and execution on both Brand and Customer marketing plans
  • Apply Hub Off-Trade Channel strategies to your country that optimize channel mix and through the IAP process are converted into winning value propositions that unlock customer support
  • Ensure that the Hub IAP process equips your country on time, in full with the assets and tools to win in the market place
  • Customize Hub IAP as necessary for country Sales Teams to create customer-specific plans and apply Global frameworks and best in class examples to develop powerful customer propositions
  • Build Country capability to understand and drive profitability for the Off-Trade Channel enabling customer
  • Full P&L responsibility to ensure it is delivered to budget and ensure clear M&E of plans and programming

Skills and Experience

  • Educational Requirements: University Degree, ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a brand marketing / customer marketing / sell-in / sell-out role within a global organization
  • Experience in Customer Marketing (e.g. Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Channel Strategy) preferably in the Off-Trade
  • Hands on mentality in Commercial setting, understanding customer and channel dynamics
  • Analytical thinker with a demonstrated aptitude turning data and information into actionable insights
  • Business fluency in Italian and English
