About the role

Your Opportunity

Play a critical role in taking our great portfolio of brands to the next level by building brand awareness through advocacy sessions in their respective regions.

About You 

As Trade Ambassador, you will be the visible image of your brand through consumers, trade partners, and digital channels. You will be working in collaboration with the brand marketing and sales team, you will play a critical role in spreading the brand message and developing long-lasting relationships with consumers, on-trade personnel, and distributor partners. With a solid understanding of bar business operations, you will have credibility in your region and coach on ways of winning. You should be extremely passionate about Bacardi brands and instilling the same passion to mixologists through various advocacy sessions.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • You will be the visible face for our Portfolio in your region and you will represent our Portfolio at key trade events in the market and Brand Programs.
  • You will develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Top on Trade channel (i.e., Bartenders and Bar Owners) and influence the positioning of our Portfolio in their bars. 
  • You will execute Portfolio Trainings / Guest shifts and Bar tours in coordination with the local Sales teams to win the minds and hearts of all influential bartenders in key accounts, to drive the Availability, Visibility and Quality in your region. 
  • You will be working very close with the Sales Team, to build Awareness and help to sell our Premium and Incubation Portfolio in your region. 
  • This role is varied and will require interacting with the Sales teams and key channel influencers in your region. As a result, you can expect to be travelling extensively to stay connected to all stakeholders. 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in national recognized top mixology accounts, usually as mixologist.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Wide network of strong industry relationships. 
  • Self – organization. 
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English language skills. 
  • Experience in Spirits and/or Beverages industry (at a globally relevant brand) is valuable
