About the role

Your Opportunity

You will join the dynamic Global Travel Retail team and provide commercial, financial, and analytical support to the Americas Region. You will support the Commercial Managers, International and Regional accounts, by providing insight and analysis to help deliver the commercial results. In addition to providing first class business partnering, you will also be involved in supporting key projects or initiatives across Commercial, Customer Marketing and Finance agendas.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Track, Manage and provide analytics support for IKAM and GTR America’s Region KPI’s during the financial year 
  • Manage all financial administrative business processes: purchase order creation, customer accruals, and invoice processing
  • Decision support through pre and post evaluation using ROI and profitability tools: Price Promo tracker, Discount Tracker, A&P tracker, HPP analysis, and Advocacy analysis on effectiveness, per Customer and brand 
  • Support annual cost price increase & support all customer negotiations (Cost Price Tool & Trade Terms) 
  • Support customer planner and forecast (S&OP) - Stock development (stock level vs Orders vs depletions) to ensure orders are in line with projected sales and have the correct distribution matrix per market
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly reporting is consolidated for depletions and consumption from Cruise Lines and Ship Chandlers 
  • Evaluate annual RFP for Cruise Lines and analyze vs. depletions & consumptions reports
  • Support TNT input and reporting
  • Provide Commercial team with the tools and support to drive GTR premium and differentiated strategy with a focus on optimized mix via brand, market, customer, and channel strategies

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or customer planner, domain experience in sales/marketing analysis & reporting, and sector experience in consumer goods or retail. 
  • Expert Excel skills, including model building 
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills 
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent cross functional team working skills – ability to build relationships in the matrix organization
  • Advanced level of diligence and attention to detail
