About the role

Job Summary:

The Commercial Coordinators responsibility is to proactively support and assist the commercial team in the coordination and to undertake a variety of administration and clerical tasks in an organised timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Provide assistance to line manager in ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Take meeting meetings and distribute to necessary role players accurately and timeously as required.
  • Collating reps monthly reports for On trade and off trade 3rd party 
  • Preparing and submitting purchase orders and GRN of items.  Follow up on payments.
  • Preparing and submitting purchase orders for key vendors.  Follow up on payments.
  • Compile monthly report Opposition, activation, POS, A&P
  • Prepare presentation documents and reports as per line manager.
  • Communicate, collate and compile sales and brand sales activities to team as required.
  • Manage and update team calendar, arrange travel, accommodation, catering, car hire as required. This includes visits from above market.
  • Prepare the Cycle and feedback report.
  • Compile and process upliftment's and returns
  • create and maintain a sound and solid records management process. 
  • Manage customer allocations within team. 
  • Compile the MSR register and tracker 
  • Manage Vehicles - Vehicle checklist, fuel usage, kilometres
  • Compiling channel and category, micro and macro economic insights
  • On trade business plan contract monitoring and A&P tracking, POP management
  • On Trade activity SONA implementation 

Skills and Experience

Educational Qualification: Sales or Marketing linked Degree or equivalent 3 year Diploma.
