About the role

Your Opportunity

This role will include monitoring the company results, prepare valuable commercial projections and administrating the trading conditions databases. This role will help you to increase the knowledge in commercial finance, forecasting and big data analysis by working with different stakeholders at the same time.  Also, this position helps the person to develop different soft skills due to the high interaction across many functions (Sales, Marketing and other). The candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Monitoring the company performance and financial KPIs to ensure financial sustainability
  • Market results monthly performance analysis till Gross Profit, identifying key business drivers 
  • Monitoring, controlling, monthly closing and reporting of Discounts and Rebates for all Channels
  • Supporting process of S&OP and commercial planning through translation of volume projections into value and preparation of quality analysis and reports
  • Close cooperation with Sales Organization regarding Discounts and Rebates optimization
  • PROPHIX system (discounts management tool) administration and data management
  • Cost of Goods management – budgeting and actual analysis
  • Ad hoc requests on Performance analysis and forecasting
  • Identification and implementation of improvements to existing systems, processes and reports

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • A 1 year experience in a similar role in FMCG company
  • Experience in cooperating with Commercial Teams (KAMs, Field Sales) with regard to reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of P&L, forecasting and commercial planning
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel, Prophix knowledge is a plus
  • Spoken and written command of English and Polish at B2 level 
  • Results oriented

  • Well organized and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • A degree in Finance, Economy, IT or related field
