Your Opportunity

To be an essential part of the Vietnam Leadership team and SEA team, to make key decisions and maintain primary relationships that will drive commercial success of Bacardi in Vietnam. 
Play a critical role in taking our great portfolio of brands to the next level by ensuring brilliant strategies based on astute consumer insights are implemented using superior local knowledge. Building and coaching a diverse team to ensure we lead the market with our commercial execution.

About You

You are a Commercial Leader who places consumer insights at the heart of your work. You inspire others to building a winning culture and delivering targets and commercial growth. You have the capacity to build belief, across a whole country - by engaging directly with customers and meeting them in the moments that matter. Strong relationships define you and you are highly skilled in building close partnerships across functions and leadership levels – both within and outside Bacardi.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Define and action strategic commercial plans across each commercial channel (MOT, MOFT, & Traditional trade), shaping and delivering the customer and channel strategy of our new RTM maximizing the long term value to the company
  • Jointly own the NSV and volume commitments with our team and our partners
  • Build a capable commercial team that efficiently covers our direct universe and building internal and external partnerships for the long term.
  • Preside over national partnership negotiations and set guidelines that allow our team to manage the business on a daily basis.
  • Embed a culture where an ensuing shared sense of purpose and a passion for winning, that result in a goal driven business that delivers on commitments.
  • Manage Tet rebates and sales structures to maximize volume and value, keeping price ahead of pricing commitments.
  • Provide market input to S&OP process
  • Ensure that your teams have the resources and assets needed to deliver desired results.
  • Manage the forecast process and annual budget process of the business

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Significant commercial leadership experience, ideally within a beverage distribution company at a national level
  • Experience in Consumer Marketing
  • Knowledge of the industry and traditional channels in Vietnam
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment. 
  • Demonstrable track record of commercial performance
  • Proficient English language skills
