About the role

Your Opportunity

Based out of either Melbourne or Sydney, and reporting to the Business Intelligence & Commercial Excellence Director, you will provide trusted master data accuracy to enable seamless planning & analysis.

Working with various stakeholders, you will provide holistic business planning to deliver our BEST10 initiatives, alongside maximising our commercial sales teams' effectiveness for long-term growth.

You will lead and manage the design, implementation and continuous improvement of key enabling technology to facilitate better planning and value growth.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Own CRM/SFA Master Data to deliver one source of truth, optimized reporting and data integrity
  • Own the implementation and continuous improvement of Anaplan Forecasting System and Process
  • Partner with Commercial Finance to deliver and support the Data Warehouse Project
  • Manage and drive the continuous improvement of the National Reporting Solutions Platform
  • Partner with National On-Premise Manager to lead technology in driving value and growth for the on premise
  • Partner with the Commercial Team in leading Bacardi Commercial Way to build best in class commercial capabilities to deliver sustainable growth to the business.
  • Ensure planning solutions facilitate optimal sales force effectiveness & capture future growth opportunities 
  • Partner with relative functions to lead CRM/SFA Design/Enhancements and improve capability 
  • Leads the analysis & rationalization of business requirements for growth
  • Support the delivery of the Sales Incentive Program for the Commercial Sales Team

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this role is suitable for someone who is proactive, process minded with a can-do attitude, can use their initiative and strong communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. A strategic approach is also required to work across various levels within the Commercial Sales, Finance and Marketing Teams. 

Your leadership style will be to empower those around you to challenge themselves to build their skills. You will be comfortable working autonomously and within a team to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be process orientated, with strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to influence across all levels
  • A high level of initiative and creativity balanced with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in FMCG Field/Sales with retailer facing experience would be highly regarded 
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in design and maintenance of CRM Databases & Reporting Solutions Packages
  • Experience in design and maintenance of Anaplan [or like Commercial Planning Tool]
