About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 
As a Commercial Planning & Activation (CP&A) Coordinator, your role is to ensure excellence in execution to drive business growth, protecting the brand standards while having a strong trade presence that translates into transaction. You will be the go-to person for customer brand activations (development and execution). As CP&A, you will play a fundamental role as the customer and shopper’s voice in the IAP and JBP process and the advisor to ensure commercial reality is well considered in the brand/consumer plans

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• To lead the integrated activity plan execution with excellence. Guide distributors on identifying the strategic brand priorities and translating those into brilliant execution, considering channel dynamics and needs to drive growth. 
• Contribute to the shaping of a new era of Customer Marketing in CACEM, building and executing a fully integrated plans (omnichannel thinking) that maximize conversion at the point of sale (On / Off / Digital). 
• Identify the right customers & occasions for your target consumers and deliver solutions to meet needs and drive transaction. 
• Measure and evaluate brand and channel execution performance (internal and customer sales data) as well as brand activity performance to continuously optimize trade spend. You’ll supervise local market A&P. 
• Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers and suppliers. Consult and take continuous input from key stakeholders (commercial, consumer marketing, distributors) on brand/category plans and activities. 
• Feed into and support the development of regional toolkits and localize these, working with agencies and suppliers, including the coordination of brand POS material development, production, and delivery according to plan. 
• Maintain channel activity grids and local activity communications.

Skills and Experience

 THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Previous experience in customer/trade marketing, brand management, experiential and BTL execution. Sales fundamentals understanding and tracking knowledge; managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in an omnichannel environment (Off trade, Digital Commerce, On-trade), as well as understanding customer and channel dynamics to deliver business results 
• Previous experience managing budgets (Planning, execution, measurement, evaluation, and optimization) 
• Strong understanding of consumer & trade customer insights and numerical, analytical and project management skills 
• Previous experience working interdependently with distributors is a plus (Central America & Caribbean) 
• Verbal/written skills at all levels; ability to generate meaningful presentations. English/Spanish fluency
