About the role

As Country Manager Assistant you are responsible for all office related topics and for the support of the Country Manager. With your positive mindset and can do mentality you are the go-to person for our Primos at the Milan office. And The point of contact for our external relations.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to the Italy Country Manager to include:

  • Diary Management

  • Travel arrangements & bookings

  • Coordinate Visa applications if required

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Create purchase orders

  • Process improvement initiatives

  • Welcome our visitors, take incoming calls, organize mail

  • Organize meetings including the logistics and any administrative support needed.

  • Assist with event management/team events etc.

  • Support with presentations, reports, budgets, and memos as needed

  • Manage facilities and equipment for the Milan office.

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve for staff in various aspects

  • Provide general office orientation for new staff, i.e. office location, supplies, extension list, etc.

  • Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures (particularly budgeting and expense control)

Work Experience Requirements: 
  • Strong experience of working in a faced paced multinational environment 
Language Skills : 
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both in writing and in speaking required 
  • Other languages like French or Spanish would be an asset
