This role will assist in ensuring a smooth order to cash process for the Caribbean customers.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Pro-actively manage customer purchase orders (PO’s) from order entry to delivery, ensuring a smooth order to cash process, eliminating roadblocks along the way
  • Communicate order changes and delays to customers and commercial teams, ensuring prior alignment with customer
  • Process customer claims following the standard operating procedure, coordinating with customer, 3PL, warehouse and any other stakeholders when appropriate
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24h
  • Coordinate with the logistics providers to ensure on time shipment and delivery
  • Send invoice and import documents (PL, CoC, BOL, etc) to final customer once shipment from the 3PL is performed
  • Monitor credit block process and coordinate with compliance and sales department to ensure unblocking is performed
  • Ensure prices are not missing from open POs 
  • Communicate new product introductions, including product specs, volume allocations and launch timelines 
  • Maintain customer master data records
  • Collaborate with commercial and customers to help deliver the long-term engagement plan
  • Collaborate with supply chain team on KPI continuous improvement projects

Skills and Experience

  • Customer focus
  • Ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly within a matrix organization with dual reporting lines
  • Preferred candidate will have at least 2 years’ related experience 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven skills in problem solving, negotiation and analytics
