Embark on your Next Move

Our Customer Planning & Activation (CP&A) plans are rapidly expanding into new channels & categories, making way for a new CP&A Executive position to be based in Sydney.

Collaborating cross functionally across sales, marketing & operations, your core focus will be supporting across the Experiential, Festival, Events & Sponsorship channels with the entire Bacardi-Martini Australia (BMA) portfolio, along with BTL activation plans for our RTD portfolio & TAILS RTS range.

Responsibilities

With our consumers at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • In-market execution for the TAILS & RTD portfolios, both in the off and on trade, from planning to execution and measurement
  • Be the conduit between sales and brand marketing when developing BTL activation for TAILS & RTD
  • Planning, management and execution of key events and activations
  • Managing the BMA POSM supply & demand logistics
  • Developing and delivering a high standard of tools and activation mechanics to support our sales & brand plans

Skills and Experience

As our CP&A Executive, you will be a role model of the Bacari Family culture, will embody this cultural pillar through excellent partnerships with our customers, building value-based cross-functional relationships, working with the wider sales & marketing team to grow and succeed.

You will be capable of multi-tasking a series of projects while being across the details required for executional excellence.

Passion for people and impactful consumer experience, with a strong event and on-premise network will be key, along with, but not limited to the following:

  • Experience in managing events, activation and/or sampling campaigns
  •  Exceptional project management skills with the ability to be flexible and agile
  • Strong understanding of on/ off premise and trade media
  • Knowledge of the Australian liquor industry, and networks within will be highly advantageous
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
