About the role

Your Opportunity

This role is responsible for Co-ordinating the end-to-end Supply Chain between Bacardi and its customers; from the placement and fulfilment of orders to delivering joint projects that provide WIN-WINs for both parties. The aim of the role is to drive improvements in all key Supply Chain metrics measured by the customer and by Bacardi (e.g., Service, forecast accuracy, flawless NPD execution).

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Daily order entry and order processing to the 3PL Provider. Work with the 3PL provider to ensure that orders are delivered On Time and In Full as per the customer expectations.
  • Lead the day-to-day communication to customers regarding the status of their order, stock availability and deliveries.
  • Implement and run the Joint Forecasting process with the Customer and Bacardi commercial team to ensure the best possible insight at the earliest possible time to enable Bacardi to accurately forecast and supply the customer demand.
  • Key Event Planning – coordinate Bacardi supply chain, Bacardi Commercial and Customer activities to execute with excellence key promotions or changes (e.g., Shippers, NPD, range changes)
  • Lead the Joint supply chain plan with the customer including monthly review meetings and action plans.
  • Use knowledge of the Customer ways of working to identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain (for example cost to serve opportunities)
  • Create any required reports/dashboards to track and improve performance.
  • Be a key member of Bacardi supply chain and commercial team; share and reapply best practice across the team to drive continuous improvements in the key metrics: Service as measured by the Customer, On Time In Full, Forecast Accuracy, On Shelf Availability.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Previous experience in a similar or forecasting/demand planning supply chain role.
  • Collaboration/Communication skills; the ability to build relationships cross customer and function is critical to the success of the role.
  • High degree of numeracy and analysis, good commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft packages, knowledge of SAP would be helpful.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
