About the role
Responsibilities
- Ultimate responsibility for the Supply Chain Operations in market(s). Responsible for leading a team of Logistics, Customer Collaboration & Master Data personnel
- Ensure continuous improvement in Order to Cash & Fulfilment processes, focused on zero manual order processing & reduced touch/intervention rate. Leverage best practice Joint Value Creation & Forecast Collaboration activities with the Customer to improve Service Excellence, Delivery Efficiency, Sustainability & Cost
- Lead change management for any internal/external system implementations/roll outs/extensions & improvements impacting supply chain that span sales, finance, contract management & fulfilment
- Lead & manage B2E Logistics & Freight contracts to ensure operational excellence & alignment to the regional blueprint for integration of systems, processes, capacity, compliance, insurance, security & technology; closely monitoring budget
- Lead & evolve Cost 2 Serve Principles in your market(s) aligned to the Customer Engagement Strategy [Gold/Silver/Bronze] & Bacardi’s sustainability objectives
- Ensure compliance to governance models for Master Data (including GS1), 3PLs, Business Security (including Cyber Attacks) & Customs & Excise (HMRC) in your market(s)
- A critical ally to the local Commercial Leadership Team, the Customer & Regional Supply Chain Team making & influencing key decisions that will significantly affect the business, placing you in a role of key accountability in your market(s)
- Drive the Good Spirited agenda (ESG) for the go-to-market organization
Skills and Experience
- Customer Centric & commercially astute
- Proactive Communicator: Structures & presents data/strategy in a clear & logical format.

- Ability to think externally & critically analyse industry threats & opportunities
- Ability to convey Customer Service Logistic Team’s vision & objectives comprehensively & succinctly
- Leadership of both direct teams & matrix / cross functional leadership – managing & directing others. You will have a track record of managing 3rd parties & driving continuous improvement in their performance – service, quality & cost
- Demonstrated use of analytical, collaborative problem solving & negotiation skills
- Working proficiency in Dutch, French & English
- Experience in marketing & sales environment
